Hello, let me start by saying i love this site you guys help me cope ! Now ... Im 23 a little (alot) on the heavy side 5'3 221lbs ive ALWAYS been big. i hate my body ! i exercise and diet !! NOTHING has helped. I dont want to die in this body so now im looking for a doctor to fix me up! This is all so new to me only i know for a fact at this moment in life is i will have this surgery, just have to consult with the right doctor ANY advice is welcome im going to upload some pictures and wish pics. im just waiting on my moment!

Have you considered the gastric bypass or gastric sleeve?

I tried the HCG diet and it worked... Lost 20lbs in 30 days. Looks like u have a nice frame and if u lose weight you'll look great without surgery!!

Lol. Well the pills worked for me and one of my friends... It's a hard ass diet to follow but it's worth it cuz the lbs shed right before your eyes!! Check out my before and after pic on my page!!

HOWWWW Is it that we are almost the same weight and even when I was heavier my skin on the back of my bra straps was so weak compared to your amazing skin. I guess black really don't crack no matter what. The only advice I have as someone who has been on the same boat is TRACK everything you eat even if you think your meals are on point 1. avoid excess sugar and butter- it's in almost everything delicious including fast food 2. don't overexert yourself with crazy workouts or gym time esp with moves you aren't sure you're doing 100% correct. You see results when you pace yourself but do the CORRECT moves bc that actually engages your muscles. I rec 30 min of both weights AND cardio at first then gradually increasing the time. After your body is used to it, start looking up workouts like hiit (high intensity interval training, I use a site called bodyrock). 3. Drink lots of water and tea (no sugar, maybe honey for taste) 4. Take daily vitamins and minerals for prep, you'll be healthy and ready for surgery when the time is right. Sometimes we have cravings for certain foods bc our bodies are lacking their vitamins.

AND best of luck!!!!! Please keep us updated! btw by "track your diet" I meant keep a journal at all times. it is a godsend, I read about it for years thinking it was lame and when I started it helped sooooo much

thank you, i diet now but maybe not the right way I'm not sure I will take ur advice. I exercise until i can't anymore and it hasn't worked. but I'm going to get a personal trainer and track my diet. thank u

Don't be so hard on yourself...I know, we all are or we wouldn't be on this site, but truthfully you are overweight but compared to other women you have nice projection, your body is solid and you can lose the weight....you might want to try green juicing, vegetables, fruits, lots of water, fish and not touch anything else for a while. You are young and your skin's elasticity is still there. Best wishes in all you want to accomplish, which ever way you chose to go, but do not hate your body, God made you perfect and right now you are just a little overweight and you can do this if you focus on putting all your desire on that and nothing else.....fill up on water....walk until you break sweat....Blessings and love sent your way and which ever your journey, may it be safe and achieve the results you want for you.
