Just Wanted a Pretty Nose :) - East Pittsburgh, PA

After doing much research, I chose Dr. Francis R. Johns of Artisan Plastic Surgery to perform my rhinoplasty and I can honestly say I have been nothing but pleased throughout the whole process. I had a good feeling immediately when I met him at our first consultation, and even though I had a list of other surgeons I was going to consult with, I didn't bother because I knew Dr. Johns was right for me. The surgery itself couldn't have gone smoother, and I had hardly any pain afterwards. I also was very pleased with the other staff who were part of the procedure. From the office staff, to the nurses, to the anesthesiologist - everyone was fantastic. And then, after the first week when the nurse removed the splint, I was already happy with the results! I am now a month a a half into "recovery" and the look of my nose keeps getting better every day. It just looks so natural and pretty. I am a dancer on cruise ships, and I have always hated the bump in my nose and thought about rhinoplasty, so it really was just simply a matter of wanting to change my look. I would highly recommend Dr. Johns to anyone looking to have work done. He is truly an artist at his craft!
