Hello real self girls! Today I am officially one full month post op. I had my one month post op appt on Thursday and I am cleared to swim wear, wear underwire bras, sleep on my side, and sleep braless! I am sooo happy I can't even begin to describe how happy I am to have boobs! I got sized as a 32DD but my cups are too tight so I'm either going to wear 32DDD or 34DD. They don't look huge but they're definitely big but proportionally big and I love it! I look like Emily ratajkowski now

I've been reading your entire journey and have similar body stats as you. I have been fighting with myself the past few days worried that the suggestion my surgeon gave me will make me have unnatural looking breasts. how have you felt regarding size and natural appearance? I'm to get 400cc HP silicone but worried that will be too big, I'm a 32C. Your opinion will help! :)
