This is what my nose looks like 6 weeks after my third and final Silikon 1000 injection. Looks like it did in my 20s! I am so happy. I plan to go back to Dr. Joseph soon to have other areas done. I am impressed how easy and economical this was. You would pay nearly as much to have NON-permanent fillers injected. It's worth the hour and a half drive for his skill, bedside manner, and the fact that he doesn't rip you off.

As I aged, my nose started to change shape and it was getting worse over time. I used to have a cute button nose and when I hit my later 30's it appeared to have some pretty obvious bumps, which really bothered me. I didn't want to get an actual rhinoplasty, because of the expense, the downtime, and the fact that I rarely like the way surgically-altered noses look. I was on this site on day, actually looking up information about laser procedures for skin, and I came across something about Dr. Joseph and his Silikon 1000 permanent injections for restoring volume in the facial areas, including non-surgical nose jobs. I looked him up and his reviews were outstanding, in addition to the fact that he's the only person in a huge radius who does anything like this, so I decided to take the 1.5 hour drive to his office. I couldn't have been more pleased, and I am one of the pickiest people you will ever meet. The ladies at the front desk clearly ENJOY working there, they treat all patients kindly and like their boss, which really says a lot about the quality of person Dr. Joseph is, besides the quality of people the receptionists are. Dr. Joseph was funny, honest, kind, professional, WASN'T LOOKING TO RIP ME OFF (novel idea, eh?), and generous. I was asking for him to do things he told me flat out it was a waste of my money to do at this point, even though he could have profited from it. And best of all, after a few virtually painless injections, my nose looks a whole lot better. Like how it used to look! And, it's permanent. I don't have to go through surgery and take time off of work and worry my nose will be one of those that come out and obviously look like I had a nose job. I have had liposuction and a lower bletharoplasty (from a local plastic surgeon, not Dr. Joseph), and spent more than 10 times the amount of money I spent on this and was SO much less satisfied with the results! I have one more injection to go after this and it should be exactly how I want it (note: HE didn't push me to get three injections, I felt my nose needed a little extra and he agreed). But here are the comparison pictures between how my nose looked at first and how it looks after 2 out of 3 injections with Silikon 1000. Please excuse the creepy face I am making. LOL

Hi Jackie. Actually, part of the reason I chose to go to Dr Joseph is because he's specially trained in a technique called "micro-droplets", meaning he only injects a small amount of silikon 1000 into your nose (or whatever area) at a time so your body doesn't detect a "foreign intruder" and your immune system go into overhaul, where you'd get crazy side effects. This is the reason why for a small area you might have to go back a few times for more injections; it's the safest technique. So, no real side effects except for some slight swelling (noticeable to no one but me!) and soreness for a few days after. Just don't let anyone clock you in the nose for a few days after and you should be fine!

Can I ask you when you met with him, did u exactly tell him what u wanted done?
Also when he put the filler in, was he slow and kept showing you how it looks inbetween, just to make sure u are on the same board with him? I figured since it's a permanent filler, he would check with you in the mirror.
And I always wondered, was he able to mold, shaperhaps the filler. Or was it instantly permanent? Thank you
