24, mother and wife, finally feel womanly

I've always been on the small side, but even in high school I measured a small C at one point when on birth control. Anyways, around 19 years old, I really got into fitness and with the up and downs of body fat %, my boobs would come and go. After gaining 60lbs during my first pregnancy and losing it, and then breastfeeding, it really took a lot out of the perky-ness. I'm young, I'm married, and I wanted to feel proportioned and womanly again. After I was done breastfeeding for 9 months, they would barely fill a padded A-cup bra. I also compete in bikini fitness division and they were flat flat flat in a bikini. Again, I wanted this for ME, not for competing, or my husband bc I really had to talk him into doing it. So far, I LOVE my size (450cc HP textured silicone unders)... but my right side has always felt kind of "off" since day 1... at 10 days post-op I knew something was wrong. I started to have a dent and now I'm almost 3 weeks post-op and believe I have developed 'double-bubble' in my right breast. I'm heartbroken, as I have already paid so much for the best PS and scared of revision costs and feeling guilty for even spending so much on boobs... of course I would be the unlucky one to need a revision of some sort... If this corrects itself I will be SO happy... but I'm doubting it. We will see.

Progression update
I was having 'boobie free' so I put together a little progression photo and realized that they are definitely not small! Double bubble seems to be unnoticeable for the most part. Love the size but wish I had more upper pole.
