I have recently had liposuction on my knees and...
I have recently had liposuction on my knees and lower legs, at the same time I had some unsightly lipomas removed from my feet.
I am 5'5 and about 12stone 4lbs, I have been blighted by my legs for so long as in I could not wear normal length dresses or skirts, I had problems with jeans as the knee calf area was so unattractive and unless I wanted to wear outdated styles they were tight and restricting.
My knees were bulgy and just below them was a wadge of fat , altogether this was a matronly old lady look which was not appealing and definitely not the look I wanted as I am only 54!!
My daughter decided to get married so with three months to get myself sorted I made an appointment with a consultant that my doctors surgery recommended.
This particular consultant referred me on to someone that she felt would suit my requirements and this was Mr T C Teo.
From the first meeting we were on the same page and he totally got what I wanted, I had no hesitation in getting my surgery booked as soon as I could be fitted in, after the usual appointments I arrived at the McIndoe centre in East Grinstead and immediately felt like I was at a luxurious hotel that had not only room service but personal service.
The staff were great, friendly reassuring, caring and professional. Everything was stress free, absolutely nothing to be apprehensive about. I have had a vaser lipo previously at another clinic which was absolutely fine but this was another level of care.
I woke and was taken back to my room and felt totally comfortable and looking forward to a cuppa and supper,
Needed a wee and nearly filled a bedpan then settled down to some tv , medication in the night although didn't feel I needed it but guess that proves they had the levels spot on.
Breakfast and lunch the next day served in bed, luxury to me. My previous experience had seen me going home on the train three hours after , I had no comparison at the time but would now choose the McIndoe experience and particularly Mr Teo every time. ( and for less money!!)
On to the results, to be honest not much swelling , quite a bit of bruising but I am like a peach, the compression suits are a joy , I could see the difference after three days when I took the suit off to shower, actual knees, shape and everything!!
Also normal feet no lumps , OMG the years I've wanted to see that.
When I went for check up Mr Teo said I was swollen and results would keep improving but I was already delighted.
Can't recommend enough every aspect was positive, the man can work miracles, certainly has the knowledge and experience to get the very best results.
