After significant weight loss, I was left with 2 pouches hanging under my arms that did little for my self confidence. The entire process was pain free for me, the only discomfort was from the compression garment I had to wear and choosing a size smaller than I was before the surgery, but in my opinion, a small price to pay. Little did I realise that less than 7 months after surgery I would be able to wear sleeveless tops with such confidence - amazing results
