Best experience! My 4 year old lacerated her ear lobe completely

My sweet little 4 year old lacerated her ear lobe completely in two-up to and damaging part of the cartilage. Per the post ER recommendations we scheduled our follow up doctor's visit with both our ENT and medical doctor to have the stitches removed. After looking at the wound, it was with much disappointment that our entire medical team completely abandoned us stating that we needed to return to the ER to have the stitches removed due to the severity of the wound and apprehensive child. With every being in my body I said absolutely not and began searching for someone to help me properly remove stitches. It took one call and Dr. Garcia and his wonderful medical staff immediately viewed and provided care for the wound. When it was time to remove the stitches Dr. Garcia and his medical team were kind, gentle, and he cared for Millie ever so tenderly. My 4 year old who is very apprehensive did not even call out one time! A doctor who is willing to meet their patients where they are and help in their time of need is absolutely priceless. There is no doubt that we will turn to Dr. Garcia and his staff for further care.
