Please Help Not Happy with my Otoplasty Result After 5 Days Post Op

I know it is only early days but I am worried my ears are sticking out way too far on the top third of my ear they look like elf ears and it’s really bothering me will this change after the bruising goes down or is this my permanent look.
I will ask the surgeon when I see him but because of the language barrier I know it will be hard.

Hey, this looks like the classic "telephone ear" problem. It may correct itself as the ear relaxes but if not you may need a revision.
