I had been self conscious and embarrassed about my one protruding ear since my teenage years (I am now 52) and finally decided to get it sorted. Mr Alrawi was kind and professional from the very first consultation. He made me feel at ease and confident in his ability to reshape my ear to make it look 'normal'. The whole process from consultation to the procedure itself and the following aftercare has been excellent. I'm very happy with the results and am no longer embarrassed about how I look. I have now been discharged but have the reassurance of knowing I can just pick up the phone and make another appointment if I'm concerned about anything and this is all included in the original package.
