Are my Ears Fixable with a Otoplasty Revision?

I had an otoplasty 5 and a half months ago. They were looking perfect until I got my haircut and the barber pulled on them and now they protrude again. Will a revision surgery be able to pin them in again or will I need to do another complete otoplasty procedure?
