Repair of Torn Earlobe

10 years ago I had both of my ears pierced. I was only 15 at the time. I had earrings in them for a little while, but one day on a whim I decided to take out the earrings for a few days. A few days passed without the earrings in and when I went to try and put them back in, the left one had healed to the point where I couldn't fit anything in it. The right one was still okay. So I pierced the left one again myself. I had earrings in them for a few months following that, but after seeing my brother with plugs in his, I was intrigued and started to stretch my ears with him. A few months into the stretching process I noticed the ear I had pierced myself was done too low and I was upset. My ears were already pretty stretched at this point and I knew they were unlikely to heal back to normal. I was really upset that it was off center so I didn't want to stretch either of them anymore and since I knew they weren't going to heal I cut the right one down the center with a razor blade, splitting it in two. The right one was a lot more stretched than the left so I didn't touch the left one. Why I decided to cut it myself I couldn't tell you, just that I was frustrated and didn't want to deal with it anymore is my best answer. So it's been quite a few years since I initially had my ears pierced at this point, maybe 2 or 3 if I had to guess. The left one has a small hole in it still that won't heal and the right one is completely split. I left it like this for 4 years and it was starting to bother me a lot so I finally decided to go get some professional help. It took about a week of appointments and consultations before the surgery took place. The surgery was nearly painless, the only pain being the injection of lidocaine. No bleeding or pain afterwards either. It's important to note that the price shown is for surgery on both earlobes. For the sake of keeping things simple I'll only be documenting the torn earlobe since that is the worst one.
