Misled, Upsold, and Left in Pain

I’ve been getting Botox and fillers for over 10 years and never had an experience this bad. The injector convinced me to switch from Botox to Dysport, and the way it was injected left me bruised, in pain, and with huge bumps in my masseters for over two weeks. My face looked distorted and felt heavy to the point I had to cancel work, which cost me both time and money. Even another provider at the practice admitted it was likely due to incorrect placement or too much product.

While he did help correct the issue, what followed was constant upselling, mixed messages, and finally being “dismissed” as a patient by email instead of taking responsibility. The entire process felt unprofessional, sales-driven, and careless. After weeks of stress, pain, and wasted time, I would not recommend this clinic.

PS: I later learned Mike Sullivan is a nurse, not a surgeon. In Nevada, only licensed physicians can legally perform liposuction, which makes it even more concerning that he is the one doing lipo at this practice.
