Dissapointed

Kim and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and they were until I got a general text one month in stating that their semiglutide program was temporarily on pause. I understand completely but the couple of times that I've reached out to get an update I was told by email "I haven't heard anything new" I honestly expected more because I have used them exclusively in the past and because until know they have been great. I even prepaid at my insistance I admit and there was no mention of next steps, should I find another provider etc. What really bothered me is that it's still on their website.
