I went in to see Dr. Miller in April of 2014 and after speaking to him and interviewing several different plastic surgeons I decided that Dr. Miller was the best fit for me. My procedure was in May. The procedure itself was kind of a blur even though I was awake for the whole thing. I was sore for a few days after and then had to wear a garment afterwards. But I was back to work training within a week. It was by far the BEST thing I could have ever done for myself. I've been training for years to get my abdominal area to look like a 6 pack and now literally over night I had my dream stomach. It has changed my life so much so I send my clients after they've worked out with me for a while to lose the top layer of fat in the areas they want to target and then they go see Dr. Miller and then they're life is changed. Dr. Miller was patient, kind, accommodating, and most of all he transformed my body as well as several of my existing clientele. I always say "you get what you pay for" but with Dr. Miller my results are worth way more than I paid him and I will always be grateful.
