I had my breast reduction done by Dr. Hughes last...
The outcome has changed my quality of life for the better. Even if it weren't for the physical improvements in my health, my breasts are so much more proportioned to my body type and look great. It's a double-win for me.
Provider Review
Besides just doing good work, Dr. Hughes talks to you as an equal. After my surgery, I went into panic mode because I wasn’t ready for the emotional effects a breast reduction can have. I was so much more focused on fixing my back problems that I forgot to think about how a breast reduction can sort of change everything. Dr. Hughes took the time out of his busy schedule to meet with me and just talk to me about my worries and concerns. I was never left in the dark about my surgery. Every question I had was answered. I’m pretty sure Dr. Hughes is one of those people who only require a maximum of four hours of sleep a night. My surgery was at 6:00 AM. I have had follow-ups throughout all different times on all different days since then. He even met me after business hours and on a weekend to follow up after my surgery and to provide me with the correct medication. It’s kind of amazing the type of care he and his office gives to their patients. I’ve seen a lot of doctors throughout my life and not one of them has given me the type of wonderful care that Dr. Hughes and his staff have given me. Surgery is not fun. No matter how big or small; no matter how serious or not. Having a doctor who cares about the well-being of his patients is so incredibly important. Having a medical degree doesn’t automatically make you a great doctor. Having a medical degree, experience, a knack for doing quality work, and having compassion for your patients is what makes you a great doctor. And Dr. Hughes is a great doctor.
