I had extra fat on my abdomen that came from poor nutrition years ago. In spite of routine workouts and cardio it would never go away to the degree that I prederred. Let's just say it's gone now thanks to Dr. Miller.
I read about advanced lipo some time ago, and thought that is was an option, but life got in the way and I didn't do it. I met with Dr. Miller earlier in March, and I totally felt comfortable to move forward with scheduling the procedure for 4/2.
Had the surgery yesterday, and I really don't remember anything and there was no pain. I had my upper and lower abdomen and chest done. I had a postoperative follow up today and I am already impressed with the outcome. There is some swelling but not too bad. I have a little stiffness or mild soreness, but it's absolutely tolerable. I am anxious to see the improvement over the next few weeks.
