It's been a year since my BBL!
Hey girls! It's fall, yay! So, It's been exactly one year since my first BBL. I guess I would say, it's been a crazy year. Although, I am very, very happy with my results. Many of you know, I had revision done in January to fix my right hip. All is well now and I'm very happy with the way that I look. It still bothers me that I spent so much money, but once you get started with this if it's not right, you almost have to fix it and unfortunately sometimes that will cost additional money.
All in, I've spent $17,500 on my BBLs and $14,000 2 years ago for a tummy tuck and breast lift. I always knew in my late 40s I wanted to have plastic surgery to get my body back right, and I'm very happy that I did. I look at it like this, it's my time now and why not, if you have the money, why not?!?!
I weight train about 3 to 4 days a week and I really think that's helped to further define my shape. I won't lie, I pretty much eat whatever I want though. I don't know if any of you dolls experience this but even after a year I swear I still have times when I get swollen, ugh!
Current measurements are:
37 bust
29 under bust
27.5 waist
40.5 hips
To all you new dolls freshout of surgery, hang in there. It's a process, with a lot of ups and downs, and sometimes a lot of tears. Everyone's journey is different and you have to focus on your own to get through this.
Happy healing.

The debate over weight gain!
Ifelt moved to be discuss this topic again. This is very surgeon specific. As you know, I had a BBL last September and a revision in January. I've kept 90% of the fat in my hips, but only 50% in my booty.
For reference my pre measurements were 31 waist and 37 butt. Now, my waist is 27.5 and my butt is 40. I pretty much fit 70% of my pre bbl clothes, just tighter now.
I did gain about 8 pounds for my BBL. After going through this 2x, I would not have. My reason is, I can't keep on any of that weight. I keep going back to my smaller size, which means my butt keeps shrinking.
I see so many other dolls struggling with this and I guess I just want to say please, please, please remember the results that you see within the first 12 weeks are NOT the results that you're going to see six months and on. I have attached some before and after pics so you can get an idea, I had a lot of fat injected and you would think I would be much larger, butt I'm not.
Right I'm 138 lbs and I struggle to keep that weight on. My body wants to be 130! Lol.just sharing my thoughts on the whole gaining weight for the procedure. Happy healing, dolls!

Almost 1 year post 1st BBL.
To be honest, I've lost track of time. I think I'm 7 months post 2nd BBL, and 11 post my first BBL.
I'm so used to my new body. I pretty much eat whatever I want. I do workout 3-4 days per week; all strength training no cardio. My measurements are still 27.5 waist, 40 hips, 140 lbs, and I'm 5'3". I wish I had a little more projection in the back, but hey...I finally got my hips so I'm happy!

Provider Review
The staff at Care Plastic Surgery; Tica, April, Lauren, Marion, Riri, Caitlin and of course, Dr. Coan are great. They are always so quick to respond to me and address any concerns I've had throughout the process and recovery. Overall, I'm pleased with my results, but did require a revision. I still had fat pockets left where I was treated with lipo, and one side of my buttocks was smaller than the other.
