I didn't loose weight after surgery. I'm actually gaining more to have it done a 2nd time for hips!

Hey shasha712 I'm a former Coan patient had TT and Breast reduction 17 months ago. I'm planning my BBL surgery now with him. I have hip dents so really this is for my hips and to add fullness to my butt. Did you have drains? How have your scars from the lipo instruments healed? How much fluff did you lose? Why are you having a 2nd surgery? Sorry for all the questions. Thanks!

Hey, No I did not have drains, my scars are not bad they are very tiny but I don't scar well bc of my nationality I feel like they stay dark longer! But my friend had bbl with Dr. Coan and her scars are already super light plus they scars from bbl are nothing like TT or breast reduction. I didn't loose much fluff at all! I would say maybe 20% if that. You just have to make sure u sick with the healing process and don't place pressure on your bottom for definitely the first two weeks I didn't sit for 3 months bc I heard that's how u get the best results. I highly recommend the doctor Miami booty buddy pillow! And I wanted to get a 2nd round bc I wanted a really big booty lol and more on my sides which Dr.Coan did amazing and gave me everything back he got out I wasn't Big to begin with. And I got lucky a won a drmiami contest which gave me a free bbl with drfeelgood (Mark Lowney) ... So my 2nd bbl is all about my preference nothing at all to do with my work by Dr.Coan bc he does an amazing job!

Benadryl, booty buddy, baggy clothes, bottles of water. I want to say I showered 2-3days after it really depends on your dr!

Hey girl! So I'm 10 days post op with Coan. All went well. He got 4300 put and put back 2000. My left side is fuller and more swollen. Did you have this issue? Right after surgery I was like 43-44 and I'm already down to 40.5. Kind of bummed about it.

I use it bc I feel like it keeps my waist snatched. But u don’t have to use it. Sometimes if I’m going somewhere important or just want an extra snatch I’ll wear it a week before an event.

Thanks love! I wore a garment with lipo foam for about 3 weeks then I wore a faja for almost 5months! No I didn't get massages and I didn't have any drains

I honestly didn't sit for long periods of time for the 1st 5/6 months! Which was mine choice. I took a boppy pillow with me everywhere lol

I started wearing jeans at one month

what was Coan's recommended sit wait? And did you use bbl pillow at all during the 5-6 months ?

I want to say he said I could sit for not long periods of time at 2weeks

Hey girl, I didn't! I didn't sit at all for the 1st 4 months and then barley sat down at all until 6 months post op and I really think that had ALOT to do with me keeping So much fullness. Plus keep your diet pretty steady until at least 3/4 months bc if u drastically change it or try to diet until 3-6 months post op oh can loose the fat in your butt bc It is new fat! I did get round two bc I had booty greed lol. My account for my 2nd bbl is feelgoodgirl

Thank you so much!!! I weighed 112 when I had this surgery. I gained weight for a round two, I weighed 138. Now I’m 150! I’m still super happy tho. I’m sure you will look amazing!!!
