Numbness and Slow Healing - Almost 6 Momths Post Op

Hi Ladies,

I know I have not posted on here for a while now and I am sorry. So today I am here to catch you up on what has been happening.

So as you can recall, I am a diabetic Type 1, and due to this my healing has been quite a bit slower than expected. I had two stitches come out of my nipple, 2 months post op and 4 months post op. Got quite a fright the first time but luckily all has gone well and they healed up nicely and caused no issues.

The dropping and fluffing look amazing and I am honestly absolutely in love with them. Although I thought I might have had some boob greed, I definitely don't have anymore. They are perfect to me. I did take extra precaution with them as I wore my surgical bra, whilst sleeping, up to four months. But they have dropped and fluffed so much and they look so natural now, not fake or anything, just natural and they suit my body size perfectly.

If I have to be critical though, I would say that there is still some slight asymmetry and I feel that the one nipple is still slightly larger than the other, however I thing the incision around my nipple is giving me some miss direction, in that it is make it look more constricted and smaller because it has the ring around it.

However, I am proud to announce that I am a 36DD/38D.... and no one at work has noticed - dumb asses...lol, just kidding, with my weird sense of humor... but they really haven't noticed and I am grateful for that! The BF thinks I look great (although he said that and still believes I also looked grate before the surgery)...ahhhh love! Fyi: we recently celebrated our 5 year anniversary!

Right, back on track, I am happy, in no more pain, except for the stings for my nerves that are regenerating. I can swim...whoohoooo but and I have to ask, does anyone experience the fact that it is utterly uncomfortable to sleep on your stomach?? *I am not a tummy sleeper but did occasionally stretch myself out on my tummy and I kind of miss that.

Oh and I got stretch marks...booo... guess Ill just have to add them to my collection.
So please have a look at my pics, I do believe they look much better in person than on these photos - but be nice please, these are my new improved girls and they are here to stay :) and also excuse my belly button - I inject there and it has made my skin a bit fluffier and bulgy :(

Hope you all are doing well, healing well or getting VERY excited for your new change.

Much love!

Boob Greed? Very Noticeable Asymmetry? - 3 weeks Post Op

Morning Ladies!

So I am up this morning thinking about my update...
Firstly I didn't really want to post up the pictures as I am a bit embarrassed? about the asymmetry an how noticeable it is... I feel my PS really did underestimate my lack of breast tissue I had in my right breast. I understand that he removed tissue from the larger breast (I do not know how much) and then placed the same size implants as both breasts (which I am happy that I rather have the same weight in each) but isn't the asymmetry bad? I know it was HORRIBLE before and MUCH better now (which I am so grateful for) but are they ugly? Should they not be more symmetrical?

I am very blessed to have had this procedure sponsored, VERY VERY blessed and will forever be grateful but right now... maybe I need some TLC but I just want to be as perfect as I can be. I have made myself mentally prepared for everything that could go wrong medically...but this...I was kind of not prepared...

Hope everyone else is well, wishing you all the best.
xx

I had a kind, intelligent and well rounded professional doctor. He informed me well, catered for my needs and desire. He was not the warmest person, but I definitely believe he was the best PS for me. I love accuracy, consistency and flawless work and with his previous client's reviews, I was set on him. He is a certified board surgeon with great skills! Would definitely go back to him.
