Breast Augmentation December 2014
Had my second Breast Augmentation. First one done in Memphis Tennessee 10 years ago. Started noticing the top part was dropping and was not happy with how they were looking. I had 325 cc in then .
Worked at a hair salon and would run into strippers quite often. Got up the nerve to ask who they used and it was Dr. Zwrien in Duluth Georgia.
So I went in 3 to 4 times trying to decide on size. I wanted bigger bUT more natural looking so we choose Natrelle saline filled 68 moderate profile. They were 480 filled to 530cc.
now this is my second I so wish I would have gotten the high profile. I still do not think the top half of my chest has enough fullness to it. I do workout a lot so maybe this has something to do with lifting weights . In these pictures I am 8 months pregnant so I didn't want to show my full body but, Dr. Zwrien said he could add more cc to make them fullet after I have stopped breast feeding for 4 to 6 months.
I'm not sure which route I will go yet becasue it does cost money for the implants . I just wish I would have stuck with high profile.

I had somewhat of a decent stomach after having three children which the youngest will be 16 soon.
I thought I did my homework by meeting with plastic surgeons to talking with woman who had smart lipo done.
I wish I would have stuck with having a tummy tuck done. The smart lipo over a year later has still left my stomach feeling unnatural (hard) and I have uneven lumps .
I do not even want to get into a two piece bathing suit. I have never been this unhappy about a decision like this before.
After reading on this site you have many upon many surgeons blaming the garment you should wear after smart lipo, however I disagree with them completely!
I think it's a bunch of scar tissue left from having smart lipo done. Also your skin does not tighten up after having this procedure, so do not let anyone tell you differently.
I went to Dr.Kulkin in Dunwoody, Ga.
Super nice gentleman and will go out of his way for you. All I am saying is stay away from having this procedure done because it will leave you not satisfied and YOU will have lumps and a hardened unnatural feeling on your stomach .

Dr.kulkin is super nice, spent a ton of time talking with me just because I was apprehensive about having this procedure done. He even spoke with me over the phone several times. After the procedure he called to check on me and the surgery room is one of the cleanest places I have ever seen! I just wish I would have listened to my own intuition about having this done.
