Obagi Nu Derm

I continue with the products and wear factor 50 everyday. I spent six weeks in a sunny country over the last five months but did not notice any pigmentation reappearing or any new pigmentation. The photo was taken today.

I thought I should add that I first developed the hyperpigmentation at the age of 33 and I am now 49.

I developed pregnancy mask during my first pregnancy and also had sun damage after years of living abroad in my teens. I was assessed by Carmel Baxter for the
Obagi Nu Derm system and started on the 1st June 2017. I experienced redness and peeling after a couple of weeks which continued for the first six weeks or so. She made some adjustments to the regime which made a quick improvement to the level of peeling. The results have been very dramatic. At thirteen weeks I am now seeing an 80% improvement in the hyperpigmentation, a much reduced pore size and overall texture and appearance of my skin. I have been using Tretinoin and C serum as part of the regime. The factor 50 sun block is amazing, with a matt non greasy finish. This is not a cheap option but it has been highly effective for me and Carmel has been excellent.
