Post Op Visit
My post-op went well. He removed one drain and some stitches and the rest will be removed next week. Omg talk about uncomfortable! The drain didn't hurt but those stitches coming out hurt! I finally got a look at my tummy without my compression garment. I can tell there's still a lot of swelling but I'm so glad that flap is gone! The nurse also took my measurements and will order my stage 2 compression from Marena group and help me put it on when i come back next week. I can't wait to see what my final results will look like.

Hi! So sorry it took so long to update! I just posted more pics. Going well for the most part. Spit suture randomly on my hip and it's going to leave a scar but I'm just glad it seems to be done rejecting the stitches in that area. How have you been?
Doing good I'm ready to start back Dieting now I think if I lose 20 lbs that will make my results even more better
I'm feeling the same way. I want to start with 10 and then see how that looks. You look great now! But I understand, it motivates you to want to keep going.
Thanks you I really want to lose weight from other places right now my stomach is flat but I still have back fat, arm fat etc so I want to have an overall slimmer body

Getting Stir Crazy
Day 5 and I'm losing it lol. I am not one to sit still this long and it's driving me nuts. My boyfriend caught me trying to go downstairs by myself and had a fit. I'm able to move around pretty well, but being stuck in the house and unable to even do chores is leaving me fidgety. Anyways I hate that I forgot to ask Dr Song to take pics so here are some before pics and a pic I snapped of me in my binder after the procedure. I'll post better after pictures when I go in for my post op. I can't really tell what I look like but I can tell this pannus is definitely much smaller. I do have some swelling. I can tell because my hips swell and my binder starts to roll when this happens.
