Even with my faja, binder, lipo pads and shirt on I'm flat!

Even with all my layers my tummy and flanks are flat. I'm so happy I did this; more importantly I'm thrilled I chose the perfect double board certified surgeon to share my journey with! I'm 2 weeks and 2 days post-op and healing wonderfully. I'm walking a mile on the treadmill and building myself back up sloooowly. I don't go back to Dr. Song until next month; by then I'll be almost back to full activity within my fitness regimen.

Dr. Song is the MAN!!!!
My surgery was successful and I'm healing wonderful. Dr. Song's bedside manner certainly matches his flawless technique. I'm so freaking happy!!!

I too had a tummy tuck performed by Dr. Song, I was originally a patient of Dr. Cochran. Your pot definitely gives me hope. I am 10 days post op be experiencing sever swelling. Hopefully by my 2 week mark I'll have great result like you. Can you offer any advice?

Congratulations. I've been taking bromelane with tumeric capsules and arnica tablets. I also let an arnica tablets dissolve in a bottle of water as I sip. I neverrrrr go without my compression and I also use my lipo foam pads I ordered from Amazon. As of my 6th day, I began wearing my Faja as well. So I have loooots of compression. I was cleared to do cardio and light lifting, so all in all I'm doing great. Happy healings to you as well.

Thank you sooooo much for the recommendations. Yesterday I decided to use my waist trainer instead of the binder and it worked fantastic!!! I'll be purchasing the supplements your suggested this afternoon. Thanks again and happy healing to you as well.

No problem at all. Don't forget to put your binder on over your faja for at least 6 weeks. The layers are pessy, but they keep me flat.
