I'm bat [RS bleep] nervous, as my original procedure was supposed to be with Dr. Cochran. Unfortunately, due to his death, I was forced to once again begin my search. Since I'd already scheduled my time off, I not only needed a surgeon as talented and blemish free as Dr. C, but one that could get me within the same time frame as my original procedure date. I'll be honest, I'm nervous, as my procedure is less than 3 weeks away, but I'm so confident with Dr. Song. Frankly speaking, I'm a bit more confident with him than I originally was going with Dr. C. Wait. Wait. Don't bash me yet! The only reason I say that is because I really hated Dr. C didn't offer Cosmet Assure. Having that extra insurance was so important to me and not having it with Dr. C.; I was pretty much just riding on a wing and a prayer. Thankfully, since Dr. Song's procedures and prices automatically come with Cosmet Assurance, I can focus on my healing and be prepared just in case there are any complications. I went in and met with Wanda, Andrea and Dr. Song last Thursday and that pretty much sealed the deal. GREAT TEAM!!! The environment was very welcoming and every question I had written down to ask, Dr. Song covered it within his consultation. August 25th is fast approaching and I'll be lying if I said I wasn't nervous. I'm PETRIFIED!!!! My dreams are like none other. I have a fear of being under with anesthesia and for the last two nights, it's as though my body is imitating--while I'm asleep--what it's going to be like. I can feel and sense the presence of the team around me as my body just exists and I swear that's what gets me the most. I'm hoping and praying for peace. My procedure is paid in full and other than these nerves kicking in.....I'ZE READY!!! I'll try my best to keep you guys updated. Keep this sister in your prayers and to those whom are going in to fulfill their destinies of joining me on the FLATSIDE--best of blessings to you. I'll pray for you--you pray for me!

Hi was anything discussed about your bmi?? You look even beautiful from your before pic, but I understand how someone feels about their body, I’m searching for a great dr & dr Mike Song seems really great. Congrats on your better outcome you look great.

My dreams have been so disrespectful lately, but prayer is far stronger than my fears. I'm looking forward to getting this out of the way already. Come on flatside day; let's do this.

This chick is super duper ready! My fear has catapulted in a sudden burst of excitement. I'm just ready to get this over with and done already. I'm praying for a safe, satisfactory procedure and happy healings. Wish me blessings y'all.
My blood pressure was off the chain when I met with Dr. Song and I had an excruciating heading. I do take BP meds to keep it under control, buy white coat syndrome (spike in pressure to to nerves) locked in overtime. I feel so confident with my decision and feel I couldn't have chosen a more compassionate surgeon. Girl I'm just counting down the days. 14 mooooore!!!! I'm on several of the Facebook surgery pages and they've been WONDERFUL. I've recently so much support, knowledge and met so many wonderful tummy tuck dolls. Your time too will be here before you know it.
