My initial consult with Dr. Song was amazing!!!! He answered all of my questions directly and I never felt that he was hiding anything. I getting ready for my upcoming tummy tuck and breast augmentation on the 8th of April. I was going to wait till next year, but with the support of my husband we decided to go ahead now. I am only nervous because our twins just turned 2 and I hope that me not holding them alot works out for all of us. I am going to post my before pictures the night before...TOMORROW.

I must admit I was nervous once we arrived at the centet, but once we walked in it was fast and simple. The staff is AMAZING and I Love Dr. Song. I slept most of the day yesterday (the day of surgey).
BA- I feel sore under the arms. It feels like I attempted to lift something a little too heavy. Please excuse anything that doesn't make since because meds are amazing.
TT- Other than walking leaned forward it has only been in conformable.
Tips as of today: take your meds, walk (it's a slow walk, but it still helps) and drink lots of fluids. Here are some pictures...more to come once bandages are removed.

Glad to hear it's going well so far! I bet your excited to see the the results! What were your stats b4 surgery? What size and kind of implants did u decide on? Rest up and happy healing!

I did not do measurements on myself beacuse I was a size 4 before surgey. I was just seeking volume in the beast (lost it after nursing my children...and my last pregnancy was twins). I also had alot of loose skin in the abdominal are so I decided on the tummy tuck. The implants are: high profile silicone size 375 CC. I hope this help. Feel free to ask more question. :)

I had twins too! But mine are 19 now lol. I had almost the same as you, a TT w/muscle repair, BL w/420cc saline & lipo of side boob & inner thighs on 3/27 so I'm 15days post op. Your before pic body was SOOO much better than mine!! My twins were 10lbs & 8lbs 8oz so my stomach was horrific! I'm feeling human now which is great!! I do have a suggestion about the drain. My nurse recommended I clip my down closer to my legs like at the bottom side of my binder because she said gravity will help bring more of the fluid out. Just advice I got that I wanted to pass along. Wait until you see your new body on day 10ish you will be so happy!! Day 3-6 not so much lol so don't get discouraged. We had MAJOR surgery so our bodies will & do not look good right now. But it seems like on day 13-14 my breasts started looking great & my tummy was tighter & I just felt better so you have to be patient, I know I wasn't! I was mad & sad I thought the doctor messed up lol! We're all here for you so please give us updates, ask any questions, anything! Happy healing ;)
