480 Cc Saline

I waited 9 years to get the breast i have always dreamed of, going in i asked for 500 cc. Dr. nakano said he shoulnt have a problem fitting in that size, but if for someone reason he had to place around 475 cc would i be okay with that...of course i said yes due to safety reasons, day of surgery he told me after waking up he was only able to fit 480 cc. i am 6 weeks post op today and the size just isn't what i wanted. I feel like he put in the size he liked rather than what i wanted, i also wasn't informed of all the implants sizes they come in. he gave me saline moderate profile, i would have rather gotten an implant with way more projection. They do look amazing. Very natural, but just not noticeable. when i wear clothes no one can even tell i have my breast done. I am small framed 5'2 120 lbs. I was looking to feel and look more sexy and i hope that eventually i can learn to like my boobs... all that money paid and too not be satisfied feels horrible!
