Here are a few more pic’s after my muscles start to relax from my workout still a lot of swelling but you can see the bulge starting to disappear and more of my results from my tummy tuck
After workout swelling 9 mos
I just wanted to share some pic’s of how bad I get swelling after my workouts. I have started during core workouts so some of my swelling comes from that and some comes from my the workout belt I wear. I always get a small bulge under my breast after working out or wearing my compression belt/garments, but once my core muscles relax it goes away. Dr. Song said its a part of my swelling and will go away, but I’m keeping watch until 12 months visit.
9 month update
It’s been a min and I keep getting asked for updates. I’m currently 9 mos post op and I still have a lot of swelling and pain at times. I currently in the gym 5 days a week to tone and keep my body tight and stomach flat. Its very important to workout even after having surgery as it helps to make your results look even better. Here are a few pic’s, which I just took after my workout, so i’m a little swollen.
