Ruined my Face - Duke, NC

This is supposed to be a non invasive procedure. Being 58 years old, my skin was thinning so I wanted to tighten and get rid of some lines around my eyes. After reading reviews, I thought this might lift my brows enough to delay a need for an endoscopic brow lift, I had both Ulthera and Fraxel Co2 on my face and neck. Ah, this was so painful. At first, before the swelling went down, I thought it really helped the area under my chin. I have good skin and had a full face with high cheek bones. This procedure removed fat and destroyed my full cheeks. My left cheek has a flat spot with little spider veins showing up. There is no fat left under my eyes. My face looks terrible and have not fgured out what to do to try an correct the damage. I was never warned that this could happen.

Antoniag, Thank you-I had both Ultherapy and Fraxel Co02. My face was very swollen, so it ws hard to tell- until about a week ago and it keeps getting worse. Procedure was done in late August. I am going back to the doctor on Monday and see what she says. My expectation is that she will be in denial. But, we'll see. If she acknowledges it and offers a remedy, I'll let you know. No results is better than bad results. My cheeks are no longer symmetric.

My goodness, I'm so sorry to hear what you have experienced. Have you spoken with your doctor about this?
Also, if you feel comfortable I would love it if you would share some photos so we could see what you are describing.
