Day 23 post op
Well time is going by! Can't believe it's just over 3 weeks since the op! My hubbie changed the tape today (without feeling faint!) and it's all looking good still. I took a couple more pics, not much different to day 12 but it's still looking great.
Feeling a little bit sick all day today, don't think that's to do with the surgery though. It's been a hectic week as it was our 26 anniversary and my 49th birthday and our eldest came back to visit. Going to take it easy for a few days to recover and hopefully the nausea will pass.

17 days post op
So feeling great still. A little bit swollen after working for 2 days. Although I managed only 4 hours at my desk job on both days! It's our 26th anniversary today and my youngest son is currently driving us to our restaurant. I have a dress on that I found in my wardrobe that I haven't worn for over a decade! Bring on the cocktails!
Day 15 post op
Just saw my consultant he's very pleased and said its all looking fantastic. I'm a little swollen but that is to be expected. He said I can slowly build up my walking now. So I'm gonna do a little bit more each day. He said I'm also fine to drive now too. The garment to stay in for another month and tape for 10 more weeks. Leave it in for 10 days or so until it falls off. Apparently it stops the collagen from forming so it makes a flatter scar.
I'm not getting any pain apart from the occasional tummy ache.
I'm so pleased it's going so well and long may it continue. So back to work today and then onwards and upwards.
