Just a small update

It's been some time since I have posted. I've managed to lose 20 pounds, but there hasn't been any change really to the areas I strongly dislike (my hips/flanks). Even with the work I've put in which is disappointing to say the least. It's really affecting my self image, again, which is irritating.
I just want to feel good in my body again. I want to wear my clothes and have them fit correctly again. I want to be happy when I look in the mirror.

I'm meeting with Dr. Dorner on Monday to see what we can do. Might be starting an entirely new review.

2 years later

It's been a while since I have posted! If you've read my full review, you'll know I had a baby! She is now 19 months old (time flies!) And I have started seriously focusing on myself and trying to get back to where I was.
Exercise is tough when you work 50 hours a week and have a toddler. I have nowhere near the time I had prior to devote to this so it's much more slow going this time around. I'm trying not to let that get me down but it's hard most days to maintain a positive attitude about it.
It seems most of the weight I gained went to my hips and thighs but I do have some areas around my sides and upper arms that aren't the best.
I've been debating on if I want to schedule a consultation with Dr. Dorner to talk about coolsculpting, primarily my outer and inner thighs. I'm not sure if it is even worth it, it might take more than 1 treatment and that could get expensive. Versus focusing intently or just being patient while I try to lose this last bit. I say last bit but it's really like 20 pounds.
However, even through pregnancy and weight gain my tt results are still good! So that's a plus. I've included an updated picture for those of you curious what happens if you have a baby, gain, and lose weight. The picture in the gray was from the beginning of January and the other was early March, 13 pound difference.

5 weeks PP

Hello!
It's been a few weeks since my last update. I'm now 5 weeks post partum, healing is pretty much done at this point. The incision is clean and looks good, adhesive is still peeling off. For whatever reason there's some swelling above the scar, which didn't appear until yesterday and I can only assume it's from my baby kicking me while we nurse laying down.
No update on weight loss. I've been bouncing between the same 3 numbers for the last 3 weeks. I have not been cleared to restart exercise so all I'm doing is walking. I see my ob next week for my 6 week appointment and should be clear then. Also I return to work the first week of October so that will help since I'm on my feet for 8 hours.
I have new progress pictures, I'm not sure there's much difference. All the weight I gained went to my hips, butt and thighs so hopefully when I can restart exercise it will work like the first time I lost weight prior to my tt (those were the first places to go!)
Baby is doing well, I'm doing good (sleeeeeeeeeep is needed!), one of these days I'll post an updated bare tummy picture and you guys can see all my lovely new stretch marks.....

Dr. Dorner is great! He has a lot of experience and it shows in his work. He's easy to talk to and never has any trouble answering any of my questions. Every appointment with him has been good. The girls up front are very nice and his office is very clean. He was available when I needed him, even at 5 am on a Saturday. I do feel that some appointments have been very short, my first post op was about 5 minutes, but when there's no complaints I guess that's what happens.
