I am 46 yrs old and decided I would try a phenol peel ive had botox .fillers had fat removal and re put into my face last year I did smoke up until 14 weeks ago I had phenol peel done yesterday and all I can say is omg the pain was horrendous not quite as bad today I would have a high pain threshold but god I wasnt prepared for this im only hoping it will ease in the next 10 days x

Well its day 6 and I look a fright skin went very tight so much it was very hard to eat or talk have to keep this yellow powder on for another two days and then put a different cream on my skin has started to peel very hard not to pick just dying to see all the dead skin gone and hopefully see results

Oh boy, definitely don't do any picking.  Hang in there and try to be patient.  As hard as that is right now.  

It's the strongest peel there is. Hang in there, recovery takes a long time.
How is your phenol peel healing? Is your skin very red? I want this procedure done. I am in the UK where did you go for your peel.
