2 months post op. False looking? 340cc
Not sure if there is more changes to happen as it's been 2 months post op. Had mine done over the muscle on 19th Oct. 340cc silicone. Had almost no breast tissue & when I got measured last week I'm a 32DD! Didn't expect to even be a C cup after surgery. I'm a perfectionist & to me my breasts look very "fake" :( but I'd love others peops opinions. Thank you :)

I think they look great! So too fake looking - but I would say if you had them any other way you would probably be wishing you had bigger or better looking etc. We are always judging ourselves. You look great and I think you should be feeling happy :) How are you feeling now about them?
Not too fake looking***
Thanks Danielle 4 ur reply. I change my mind about them all the time. So some days to me they look ridiculous & other days I'm like "they r a big improvement" lol. Just was curious wat other people see when they look at them? Ur rite we are r own biggest critics! Did you get urs done?
I'm worried I will be like that too! One day hate them and one day love them - it will be a mental challenge too! I'm booked in today! Going in for surgery in 3 hours lol!!
OMG u will prob already b away by the time I read this! I wish u the very best :) yes it's a love/hate relationship with them, but always remember it's an improvement from wat u had, I'd literally nothing & made me look ill so fake ones r better than pancake boobs lol. Let me know how ur feeling when ur recovered a bit :) x
Hey!! It's the day after my operation and I'm feeling great. No sever pain and just having paracetamol to make sure pain doesn't come though - glad I haven't needed heavy pain killers yet!
I still haven't seen them yet - waiting until I have to shower before I take my compression bra off!

That's brilliant! I'm glad ur not in pain, I was one of the lucky ones also who didn't need pain meds. It makes the whole process so much easier. Did u get the size u wanted? It's so exciting because u get to enjoy buying clothes now & bras etc! X
I think they look fab- for 340cc they are big. I'm having surgery with Mr Fogarty Belfast an he suggested 300-350 round mentor implants under muscle, I was a bit disappointed with his advice as I'm empty 34B and if I'm having surgery I want to be a good D/DD. I thought 300-340 would be small but ur pics look good. Was ur surgery in Dublin . I suppose the surgeon knows best. He said 300 wud leave me a D cup
Oh is that dr fogarty in Belfast? I'm from there so I had looked into seeing him b4 settling with river medical on the Lisburn road - their actual hospital tho is jus outside of Dublin. Hmm I always thought under the muscle makes them luk smaller with less volume, overs & high profiles give u the most from the implant I feel :)
Oh & yea I'm now 32DD but only expected to get to a c cup so I was chuffed to bits when I woke up!!
Yes he's from Belfast. I'm so scared In case something goes wrong so I've researched loads of surgeons, checked him out an seems to have good cv- He's gonna do it in Ballykelly NWIH so that's really close to me. Haven't had sizing appointments yet that's 2 weeks time just initial consult, I'm quite active and he said under muscle are better for future mammograms (this is bit of an issue
Yes it is def meant to b better for mammograms. I'm actually worried how uncomfortable that will b 4 me with overs.. worry they'll burst the implant haha. Yeah he does have a good rep & he was one of the first surgeons I considered but jus with his schedule I cudnt get seeing him quick enough. Ur bigger than I was tho so I guess it means u need less size when it comes to the implant. I cudnt fill an a cup. I personally have no regrets & as long as u follow the rules in recovery u will b just fine :) x
Crossing my fingers that the added softness will help make them feel less fake to you over time. ;)
