Rhinoplasty with Dr Allen Rezai at Elite Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Group - Dubai, AE

I’ve been asked by Realself to update my review with details of what I had done, so here it goes…
I had a hump on the bridge, wide nostrils and droopy tip, whenever I smiled my tip would move down towards my lips and it looked even more droopy, like a "witches nose". When Dr Allen examined my nose he also pointed out that my septum was deviated to the right but it was less than 5 degrees and he said he could correct it during the rhinoplasty. I had open rhinoplasty, reduction of nostrils and Dr Allen used cartilage from my septum to support and reshape the tip, he also released the muscle that exaggerated the downward movement of my nose. I felt no pain after the operation, only when the stitches were removed. My recovery was fast, my tip changed quite a bit during the first 6-7 months, but gradually the swelling subsided and I could see the actual shape. The size is still changing and I feel it is getting smaller and more refined month after month.
I have friends who’ve had rhinoplasty abroad, some in Iran and few in Lebanon, but I prefer a more natural, non-pinched, looking nose which suits my face. I heard about Dr Allen through colleagues at work, he came highly recommended and I liked the non-operated look. As I wrote before he is truly an artist and he really cares about his patients and their care, which is a breath of fresh air, especially in this region!

I live in Doha but I went to see Dr Allen in Dubai helthcare city as he came highly recommended. Two of my colleagues had rhinoplasty with him and their nose look so natural. Halfway through my consultation I knew I'd found the right surgeon. He was kind and very friendly, yet professional, he made sure I understood what could be achieved and what to expect. We discussed all about surgery and aftercare. Before leaving I booked my operation. I am now 10 months post-op and very happy with how my nose looks, it fits my face perfectly. I saw Dr Allen one more time before my operation, I stayed one night at the American cosmetic surgery hospital and Dr Allen discharged me the next day, I flew back to Doha 2 days after my operation, the nurse at Elite plastic and cosmetic surgery group called me every day to make sure I was alright, I came back to Dubai 12 days after to have the cast removed . I've been to see Dr Allen twice now for routine post-op checks, and my last one is in about 6 months time. I felt no pain at all after my operation and had no issues. The care I received from Dr Allen and his nurses at Elite plastic surgery has been excellent and in my opinion Dr Allen is a true artist!
