8 days post Operation ! Got the cast removed I'm so happy . And a natural look for my lips with fillers
Just got the cast removed and went to see doctor Ashok to clean my nose. He was still amazing. Im happy with the result. The bruises are still there but I had to cover them with make up. The best way is buying the Make up forever Corrector palette. You use the yellow corrector on purple bruises. And lavender corrector on yellow bruises. Then apply your concealer or foundation on top. Thank you doctor Ashok. And asked Dr.Ashok to add some volume to my lips. He was amazing as usual. Got matural looking round lips.

3 years after using fillers to cover up the deviation in my nose resulted from my first rhinoplasty experience that I got done by doctor Taher Ismail in Cairo. I finally decided to get a revision rhinoplasty done, But this done where I live here in Dubai.
After doing lots of research about doctors in Dubai I finally decided to consult two plastic surgeons. Doctor Ashok Govila and doctor Gabriel Saab.
Doctor Ashok was very nice gave me all his time before the surgery prepared before and after pics edited on a software for me to have an idea how my face would look like. He was amazing.
Dr. Gabriel Saab literally gave me like 5 minutes of his time after paying like 140 dollars for the consultation and didn't seem nice or confident at all and was really in a hurry.
I made up my mind and booked with doctor Ashok for the 1st of Feb.
Went shopping for cold compress, Anti bacterial shampoo cause I knew I won't be able to wash my hair for a while, moistrizing lip balm, thick foundation from Estee Lauder to cover the bruises later and Sino Marine Saline spray to clean up my nose after the surgery.
-1st day went very well. I was able to eat and speak and my face was not that bruised. But I spent the night in just in case.
-2nd day Dr. Ashok came to see me and removed the filling from my nose which is supposed to absorb all the drainage after the surgery.
I was surprised as the previous doctor removed it for me 5 days after the surgery.
-The biggest surprise was that I was able to breath, smell and taste food starting from the 3rd day right after I started cleaning up my nose with the saline spray. While after my first rhinoplasty I started breathing 3 weeks post my operation and my face looked horrible for 2 weeks.
I could also take a bath avoiding getting my hair and face wet on the 3rd day post operation.
-4th day post operation was yesterday. I got up early the bruises around my eyes were getting less.
-5th day post operation the bruises are getting less and less and I'm feeling more active. I'm supposed to see Dr.Ashok tomorrow and so far I'm so happy that because of him I can breath and live a normal day which is so different from my first horrible experience
