I have had my 1st Infini treatment (1 of 3) for skin rejuvenation. I have large pores, lax skin and generally poor skin tone, would like to get rid of my jowls. I was a bit apprehensive about the treatment and downtime, but it wasn't that bad at all. On the day of treatment, the nurse applied Emla cream all over my face and left it on for 60 minutes. The Doctor explained that they do 3 passes of the RF head, the first pass is the deepest, the 2nd pass is less deep and the 3rd pass is the most superficial.
Dr. started on my cheeks and while I felt it, it was not too painful. The 2nd pass hurt much more than the 1st pass, the 3rd pass was not as painful as the 2nd pass but still more painful than the 1st pass. The next zone she did was the forehead and chin / mouth area, again 1st pass was not bad, but the 2nd pass hurt the most. My neck area was totally numb and I felt nothing at all in that area. My forehead frown area was excrutiatingly painful, maybe not enough Emla?, not sure but was glad it was a small area.
Afterwards I was severely red and my face was burning and stinging for about 1 hour, before the burning subsided, my face was slightly swollen. My face was still very red next day, but I was able to camouflage it with make-up.
5 days since treatment and I 'think' some of my pores may be less obvious, don't really notice any tightening as of yet. Will update after my 2nd and 3rd treatment. Apparently it takes 3 - 6 months to see the results, I hope I do eventually get a good result from it.

2 weeks post treatment

Not sure if I can see any changes myself, maybe a lessening of the pores. However, I was at my monthly endocrinologist appointment yesterday and the Dr. mentioned that she noticed some changes in my skin and therefore had to ask me if I had had botox or a peeling recently, she was concerned that as I already have an auto-immune illness, that I could be developing another auto-immune illness that causes the skin to tighten. So I explained that I had the Infini RF treatment 2 weeks prior and she was relieved and said 'Okay, 'well that explains it then, you need to give my your Dr.'s number". She even made me raise my eyebrows to make sure I was not telling a white lie about not having botox. So I guess if a medical Dr. who I have been seeing monthly for the past 13 months, noticed a difference, there must be something happening. Also several people who I see regularly have commented that I look 'great' !I I did also change my foundation to a different brand, which I really like, but I am sure a Dr. would not be fooled by a new foundation (or at least I hope so ). I go for treatment no. 2 next week.

I had it done too just yesterday very painful she did one pass over face high level and then I couldn't tolerate the pain so she put the level on the lowest, hopefully I will get some good results too. My skin sounds like yours.

Keep me posted on how it goes for you. I am beginning to see some subtle changes, especially my crows feet, which were quite deep, they look much softer. Don't see any improvement in my neck or jowls so far. But generally improvements in my pores and around my eyes. Dr. thinks I only need 2 treatments, but she will see me again in 4 weeks to see if I will benefit for the 3rd treatment.

Hello hmmm no improvementments so far I have had my second one my skin is still the same

That's a shame, I do think the changes are very subtle though. Have you taken any photos?
I had two areas that I followed closely and I have seen an obvious difference in those areas, i.e. the crows feet and the large pores around my chin and mouth area. Everyone keeps telling me I am looking great, (must have looked really dreadful before). I have decided to go back for my 3rd treatment.

So I have only had 2 treatments, it seems I have had a very good result and may not need the 3rd treatment. I certainly have had a very good response on my face, pores are minimised, eye wrinkles much improved and overall skin tone looks great. So I was about to write that I have not had the same response to my jowls and neck, when I decided to interrupt my update take a few more photos, and maybe I took the photo at a different angle to the first ones, but if the photos are to be believed there is a very good response on the jawline too.
Extremely happy overall with the result and Dr. says more benefits to come.

Can you post pics? I'm considering this and have heard good things but haven't seen the difference yet.
Thanks for sharing your progress so far. I'm looking forward to following your treatments. Are you taking photos throughout the process? That's really helpful so you can see all of your results, even the subtle ones like pore reduction. We'd love to see pics too, if you feel comfortable sharing. :)
