Dr Rezai in all honesty, is the only doctor I have ever met that genuinely cares about the patient. From day one, he took his time with listening to my concerns about my ears, went through everything that needed to be done for the surgery and answered every questioned in a detailed way that left me feeling assured and excited. Before when I lived in the UK, I had previously gone for a consult about my ears, but it was rushed and I felt like 'another client.' I decided to NOT go ahead for this reason. I think it's so important to have a good relationship with someone who is about to change your life, your appearance, your happiness! And that's what Dr Rezai's first impressions were to me - that he cares about you. Despite that fact he did an amazing job on my ears (also did open rhinoplasty which was also amazing!) - the follow up has always been pleasant. Again, you can tell he is genuine and loves his work because even after surgery, he will reassure, tell you what you need to know and answer any questions you have rather than an average doctor who rushes. I couldn't be more grateful for what he's done, I would travel over the other side of the world to have more surgery with him if I decided to have something else done! I have gained all my trust in him and would like to say a big thank you for changing my life.
