I would not recommend Dr. Sanjay for your cosmetic doctor. After 2.5 weeks after surgery, I developed a nasty infection in one of my incisions. I wrote an email and sent pics to Dr. Sanjay's office. I was told the doctor would contact me. He never did, nor did a nurse from his office. Also, I had to pay for my own compression garment. And was not told about post-surgery care. I was simply given printed out pages of another doctor's (USA) care. I am very disappointed and will have to see another doctor to help me.

It's surprising that I have not recieved any complaints, nor had seen any mynpatient patient had wound infection. It would be nice to call up and come for a followup. The postop care is standard international protocol that is followed as recommended by American society of Aesthetic plastic surgery and garments and medications are not part of package as you may need more than one garment or patient may choose to buy their online. Anyways thank you for your feedback, I will try my best to improve my services.

This is simply not true. I sent your secretary numerous emails with regards to the infection and photos. She said, she had informed you, and you would contact me. That was in Sept., 2016. Just recently, your secretary contacted me again and wanted me to take a survey, so you would be nominated for an award. Needless to say, how that went on.

Would you be kind enough to send me your name by email direct to sanjay@cocoona.ae.

Dr. Sanjay, it is far too late for further communication. I had the surgery in Sept., and to respond 4.5 months later is careless behavior. If a doctor has no regard for his patients, then he should not be practicing. My impression of you and your staff is this, I compare you to buying cosmetics at a store. I went in, thinking this product would make me beautiful. The saleslady guaranteed it, so I bought it. Then when I went home and tried it, It made me sick. When I questioned the saleslady, she commented, you get what you paid for, now goodbye.

Since you were a traveling patient I could not follow you up. Usually all my patients have scheduled followup visit , they have my cell phone numbers to call me any time.

Dear Dr. Sanjay, I never received the email. I appreciate that you wrote it; however, I don't understand why you did not send it directly to me.
I did not have your email, nor do I remember receiving your phone number.
Please look further into disciplinary measures for your secretary. Her negligence has had an adverse affect on your practice.

Update: After re-reading your response, I believe your secretary was not at fault,
"I replied to her she got allergy from sports bra. Told her to use panderm cream."
I never received an email from you. Unfortunately, it is the bottom line. Also, I saw you again 3 days after the surgery. I explained my hesitation about wearing the sports bra which I had to purchase from you. I told you, it appeared too short. I was afraid it would not cover the incision completely by riding up while I slept or exercised. You replied, no...It covers the incision and that it would be fine.

That infection didnt look bad at all. Did you put cream on it ? It looks really dry.

Actually, it was a nasty infection, and it took 3 weeks to finally clear up. I did not put cream on it, because doctors advised against it; including antibiotic cream. I did however, use saline water to cleanse it. Then gently lift my breast to expose them to air, quite often throughout the day. Also, I felt for 'spitting stitches', internal stitches which navigate to the surface of the skin. These in itself will cause an infection, and will have to be trimmed off, never pulled out of the skin. My infection was sore and developed a 'rotting skin' smell. It was bad.

Eww so gross. I have seen worse on this site, one incision where you can see the breast implant . Yuck, im glad youre passed that!

Lol...Yes, it was pretty gross and scary at the same time. You definitely do not want to smell rotting flesh from your own body! I hope all is well with you.
