I'm 36 years old,mother of one,5'6 tall .
My journey was pretty long to my BA ,first I was not sure about the doctors,second my weight which is not going down since 4-5 years doesn't matter what I do gym ,yoga,Pilates ,diets,etc.
In the past few years I've seen 5 doctors,every time I'll come back from a consultation I'll seat for hours and thing about every word the doctor had said,then discuss with my husband and come to the conclusion this is not the ONE. My husband almost has given up to find a doctor here and even considering to travel to US or Europe for the surgery,but as usual for them this kind of thing is never an emergency:(
The most important criteria of my search was the experience of the doctor,communication with the doctor (accessibility by email or phone)hospital and it's reputation the surgery was performed,visiting doctors was not in consideration( here we have many doctors who comes for 2-3 days do the surgery,leave and then come back with in a month or two). I've turned upside down the local forums and did my research extremely careful.
Last November I was in a great mood and start reading here and surfing this site with no interest or hope to find my THE ONE doctor,just reading your stories of happiness of big bobs! I've read this site since April or so,but never searched the doctors here in Dubai! Here we go! Got an entire list of them ,but the most experienced and with great reviews was doctor Ashok,never heard,read about him on any forums,nobody recommend !Hopeless I dial the number , thinking this king of doctor will never be available for a consultation in next 1-2 months,usually this was the time frame of the appointments for consultations. Luckily got an appointment within few days! Discussed with my husband,he was impressed with the doctor qualification and experience in this field and give me a big reassurance that this doctor may be THE ONE without even meeting him! On the day of appointment I was sure 75% that I finally found my doctor, first of all we are communicating by email ,for me is a very important,second the emails are answered within hours by the doctor him self! The moment we meet I had a feeling that my search come to an end ,his way of talking very calm and balanced,I was feeling very comfortable and positive like never before! He impressed me with his knowledge in different fields,like I knew him since ever,it happens to me very rare in this part of the world!
I was final with the doctor only size decision was for my husband,so I made another appointment the following week so we could come together and decide on the size and fix the date of the surgery!
Second appointment
My husband is a very choosy person,very difficult to impress or push by unknown people,so I was expecting some pro and cons during the consultation. Surprisingly he was very easy going and having fun with sizes ,making me try from 300cc to 475cc ! We all agree at 350cc Mentor moderate + sub fascial plane, as we are very worried about the recovery,I'm pain intolerant and can be extremely cranky when in pain.
So the big date 18th of January 2016 at 10am, Dubai London speciality hospital, one night stay at the hospital. My appointment with the anesthesiologist to be fix by the hospital at my convenience, with in less than 24h they called me and everything was set to go!
It's a very small hospital,you feel you are in a boutique hotel,very well equipped,with very attentive staff!
I was very impressed by the hospital and they are services from the moment I went for anesthesiologist appointment till the end! The anesthesiologist ask me to do two blood test which was included in my package and I was done in less than 30 min.
Time passed super fast as the winter holidays was approaching and I was too busy with the preparation , I was very calm and sure about everything.
Only few times I was unsure about the size ,may be I should go smaller or bigger,but all this thoughts was going away as soon as I will start talking about it with my husband,he reassured me that bigger bobs will make me look big and he is happy with what I'm getting!
Two weeks before surgery I stopped all vitamins and supplements and started taking homeopathic arnica twice daily,very long ago my hair dresser mentioned that it helps with bruising and swelling,before and after surgery.
Few days before surgery I start being very nervous ,luckily we had friends coming over for few days so I was busy taking them around,that help me a lot and didn't give me time to think about anything!
The day before I packed my few necessary things for the hospital ,basically personal,no medicines or bra,everything was provided/organized by dr.Ashok.
The big day had come! We reached 8:30 am as advised by the doctor,a very lovely nurse took us up to the room,try measure my BP which wasn't reading. Both me and my husband was very tensed,he was hiding his tension but I knew he was,latter he admitted. By 9 I've heard the doctor's voice in the corridor as he was joking with the nurse walking towards my room. We had a nice reassuring chat with dr Ashok ,showed me the desired size of my implants in a box. By that time I was given intravenously "breakfast" maybe something extra also I felt very relaxed and happy. Dr Saad my anesthesiologist came to say Hello,he is one of a kind person,we literally had a good laugh and by the time they took me in even before 10! After I don't remember anything!
I woke up it was 11:25 on the wall clock on my room,the nurse was by my side,I was very happy and content ! What a happiness! Then I had a good nap till 2-3 o'clock. By evening I received an email from the doctor,email was sent much earlier but I've checked only in the evening,letting me know that everything went well and the surgery lasted 50 minutes,with attached pictures of my new boobies!!! Nurse came in first call always .
I managed to get a good sleep till 7:30am,managed to brush my teeth,changed in normal clothes ,had breakfast,was having some dizziness and discomfort but it went away as I start moving around.By 9:30 dr Ashok came ,checked my booby ,bandages are clean no blood or any sort of liquid ,no bruises on it and I was given ok to go home.

He is very calm and confident,very precise explain everything from beginning till end. His level of professionalism and sense of aesthetics are magical ! I'm very happy and pleased with the results !
