At 15 I had extremely large breasts for my age and struggled with severe back, shoulder and neck aches through out my daily life style, I also made sure that my normal every outfits always covered up my upper body to hide my chest from people. I always appeared as a large girl and the back aches were constantly getting in the way of my sleeping position and how I carried my bag at school etc...When I talked to my mam about it and how it continued to get worse, she and my dad begun talking to surgeons about the possibility of a breast reduction, then my mam took me to see Mr Ashok and see what he thought. After taking a look he agreed that they were too big for someone as young as myself and that removing them would be for the best, although we were made aware of the risks of the operation and the possibility the scarring would not heal perfectly, we continued with the plans for the surgery.Everything was very professional and well organised, I went to the hospital a few days before surgery to do some tests, and then when I went into the surgery on the 17th all the doctors and nurses were very supportive and good company. After surgery the after care was great, I had a nice room with privacy and space for my parents to come and visit, the nurses constantly checked up on me to make sure I was okay. The food was lovely and well cooked, even though I wasn't eating much on my first day after surgery, I was given the option to pre-order food for the next day. The bed was very comfy and I had my own bathroom, on the second day of after care the doctors and nurses took notes on whether I was eating and going to the toilet normal (which I was), then after having my dressings change I was optionally discharged from the hospital. So far the stitching has been healed as normal and I can happily agree with the doctor that the surgery was very successful, I feel much better and very happy with the service provided for me. I think that the team of surgeons and nurses were amazing and I am very grateful of the work done by Mr Ashok.I don't promote young people having cosmetic surgery, if you have back difficulty or your daily life is effected to a large extent, it is a reasonable request.

Mr Ashok is a very nice doctor who supported me and my mam before me, through out all the planning he remained very professional and comfortable to be around with, the end result of my breast reduction is fantastic and I am very happy with his work. I definitely would recommend him for women and maybe some young girls, he has done a great job and I feel better now I can sit straight and not have a constant ache.
