"I would not recommend this clinic. Apart from the fact that the surgeon spoke no English and couldn't tell me that he didn't think the crown would succeed, they left a huge lump of cement was left under the gum (visible in x-rays taken by Dr Sunils clinic - see images) and continues to cause infection to this day. The crown was also badly shaped. I have seen 2 specialists here since and it is going to cost more to fix it up than than the original work. See report from Australian specialist attached.
I am very disappointed as they acted very friendly. I have been trying to get some money back from Dr Sunils clinic to get the cement cleaned away. They acknowledge the issue - but will only refund me if I have the whole crown removed and send the crown back to them. Then I would have to start again totally which will cost even more. I would be back to square one and minus all travel and specialist expenses since. Ultimately, they won't actually help so that I can get a satisfactory end result. Their website was dishonest and misleading (re the surgeon). I believe they've removed this now.
It was a very long drive to the clinic (despite what they advertise) and the clinic was not at all like a dental surgery here in Australia. Many of the staff didn't speak English. The clinic was recommended by Global Health Travel, who didn't help me at all when things went wrong. "

Dr Sunil Phol & his Specialist
Dr Sunil acted very nice but when I had problems they did not want to help me at all. I felt the treatment was 'rough' and rushed and they really did not take the proper care necessary.
