Droopy Nose After Rhinoplasty

I got my rhinoplasty surgery and now it’s been 4 months. I have a small concern regarding my surgery results. It appears that the area above my nasal tip is either swollen or I might be developing a minor pollybeak. because my nose looks a little droopy as well. I need suggestions what could be the reason.
