I had a consult for coolsculpting for my arms,...

WORTH IT$4,330
I had a consult for coolsculpting for my arms, inner and outer thighs, full abdomen, love handles, and back. I'm not a great candidate because my fat is more on the deans side so I would need the 3 treatments to each area.

I have roughly 5000$ and I just want to give myself a gift after my rough postpartum journey. The first pic is what I looked like prior to pregnancy, the second picture is after, and the last picture is now after a breastfeeding medication caused weight gain and metabolism changes. It's supposed to leave the system within 6 months and it's been 4 months since I quit taking it. I want this to help get me back on my fit journey. I thrive off of progress so I feel it will be the start I need to keep going.

I want opinions on what would be the best areas so treat. I'd like to keep my curves and get back to more of an hour glass figure. I also want to know if lipo is going to do it for my tummy.. or if a tummy tuck would be recommended. I'm 26, have a few almost healed stretch marks and my abs muscles pull in pretty well! My stomach tightened back up after having my daughter so I'm wondering if the pooch is just the excess weight.

I've started back at the gym with a personal trainer so I know that will help tighten things up and bring my shape back.

My consult is on Tuesday and it's all I can think about. Any tips would be appreciated!

You actually look great. I would try coolsculpting on the tummy only. Everything else looks like you've accomplished by gym training and diet. Also talk with a dietician.

You're probably saying my postpartum pictures are great :( but the larger ones are actually my current weight. I felt great there and would just like a jump start to getting back there.

I still day do the coolsculpting in the mid and back only. Once you start exercising and watching what you eat you'll start seeing results. The coolsculpting in those areas will be gone permenantly. Exercise everyday even if it's just walking. You'll feel better and you will see results without scars.

I did a consult for that, they said I would need 3 rounds to see results. I'm considering it tho.

Even with the 3 rounds you'll lose it permanently verses lipo will just remove it not destroy it. The costs should be cheaper and you won't have down time or pain. You'll be able to care for your baby and take the baby for a stroll as well. You already have curves and once you start exercising you'll notice them more. See a trainer and hit the gym. You'll be proud of what you can accomplish. Just keep in mind permanent removal vs just removal that can possibly come back.

Just my 2 cents, I had the cool sculpting done on my upper and lower abs, they really aren't honest about how rough the recovery is. It took almost 3 months before I felt normal and the results were very minimal, for the cost and downtime I experienced I should have just went with lipo, which I finally did and in my first week of recovery right now. And honestly the pain of the lipo was exactly the same amount of pain I experienced from the cool sculpting, save your money and just do it right the first time like I should have :/ best of luck to you and your journey! Wish I asked for advice before I took the plunge. And btw lipo is permant removal of fat cells too, don't know what they meant otherwise. My cool sculpting cost 3800 for just one of the three treatments for upper and lower abs. My lipo cost 6300 for upper and lower abs, flanks, bra roll, and my chin. Just a thought, many wishes to you!

Took your advice and the pain is definitely not bad. I'm pleased with the results so far!

You'll get better results with laser lipo. I looked into both and went with laser and it was worth it

So Worth It!

I was warned this would be the worst pain of my life for minimal results. I highly disagree. It's been 3 days and although here is extreme bloating I see my shape smoothing outPrior to breastfeeding I went back to having a tiny waist and flat stomach. I got on a medication that caused me to gain weight and store fat. I've always been athletically motivated but postpartum took a toll on me. I did this to help motivate me and giveMe hope that I can get back to where I want to be.
I decided a jump start with ridding my abdomen, flanks, love handles, back and bra roll would help to get me back to my natural shape and motivate me.
I will definitely say it's done that for me so far. The pain is not awful, and I'm now considering doing my legs and arms. Can't wait to see what the next 6 months bring.

Did you end up getting lipo? I did March 10th. I notice results on me and hoping that I will improve with exercise and diet. However, my lipo was painful and probably worst pain ever in life!! I am still not sleeping comfortably because my legs still hurt.

I did! And I'm very happy with my choice. It was 1/6 the price and much more effective. I'm not in much pain but maybe because I haven't had my legs done. My friend had her legs done and said she's never been in so much pain. I'm hoping to continue to have results with diet and exercise also!

Well congrats! And that is probably true because in all other areas everything else doesn't hurt that much, it's just my legs. Glad you like your results.

I seriously want my legs now. That was always my problem area til I took a dumb Med. Haha that makes me question it.

Well I'll tell you it was the worst pain ever, and it didn't start getting better until about 4 days ago. I still have problems getting up from my chair and sitting, I can't sleep on my sides, and not trying to scare you away but it did hurt like hell. Also we are all different so who knows! I do want to comment though I notice your back rolls are gone. Mine are still there but may have gone down slightly. I am hoping it goes away soon.

I think they look a little better because of the swelling so I'm not confident they are fine yet. I do naturally get extremely thin there so I'm hoping!! Would you say the pain is worth it tho? Do you have any hard lumps? I found one today and have been trying to massage it out

The bruising is gone

I definitely still have some hard places and tender. The doc said I would see my tummy and back not be so firm and that it would go down quite a bit more. My boobs are healing nicely.
