After nursing three kids my boobs had no volume so for my Christmas present I decided to get an augmentation. It was so conflicted on the size I wanted to go with and consulted many reviews on this site. I wanted full breasts that would give me confidence to wear tanks and show cleavage without crossing into stripper territory. I was going back and forth between 397cc and 425cc. I started out as a B cup and wanted to go up to a D cup. I reluctantly decided on 397cc and have stewed non stop over my decision.

Surgery was this week and so far so good. Dr Fryer is fantastic and very talented. The swelling has been more in one boob than the other which had me worried. After my follow up this morning, Dr Fryer let me know it was normal. While very swollen and painful I'm excited for what I see so far and I'm in awe when I look down and see these nice round breasts on my chest.

So far this has been completely worth it, my husband is giddy, he loves them and is excited to go bra shopping with me. I'll update further down the process with more pics. Hopefully my blogging of the process will help you like other I read were so helpful to me.

How are you feeling now? I had surgery yesterday and I'm in so much pain and a little bummed about my decision. Hoping for the light at the end of the tunnel. I used Dr. Fryer as well! Love him!

Oh man I'm sorry your in pain, that was me last week. I am feeling totally back to normal, other than not being able to lift my little girl. So happy with how everything went and love Dr. Fryer. The pain was really intense for the first week but once you make it though that it gets so much better.

I'm feeling great at almost 6 weeks. I started at a small B cup and ended up at a full D with 397cc implants. I'm happy with the results but some days I wish I would of gone bigger.

They look amazing! Your before pic looks just like mine right now. I am going for my BA on May 7th. Did you use silicone or saline? Over the muscle or under? My PS suggested overs for me since I have a lot of breast tissue. I ask cause I have the same as your before pic.

Thanks!! I did silicone under the muscle. Good luck deciding, it can be stressful. What size are you going with?

As of right now im going with 450cc, but I guess I have a wide chest so maybe 500? But my ps says I will look more natural over the muscle. It just seems like that is what most women are doing.

They look great! Ive ended up a D at the moment and am nervous because they seem huge to me. I wanted a full C and was starting from 34A/very deflated B. I did 400cc silicone under muscle. Im at 28 days post-op so I guess I have a few more weeks for residual swelling to go and things to drop. I hope mine soften more esp right side over the next couple of weeks and look as natural as yours do in these pics! The upper pole looks very nice and sloped just enough to not have the fake look! I'm still very rounded ;)
