I decided to get a breast augmentation because I exercise and run a lot, and that leaves me with hardly anything on my chest. I want to be able to stay active and fit without looking that a little boy. I chose ultra high profile because I didn't want them to be too wide for my body. The only con right now Is that I can't workout for a month, but I know it will be worth it when it is all healed!

How are you feeling? You're 2 weeks out now, right?

I'm feeling pretty good, still a tad bit sore but that's gradually going away. I'll be 2 weeks tomorrow. :)

These are photos from 1 day after my surgery. I wasn't feeling any pain thanks to the medication and ice!

I had my one week check-up. I got the tape off, and they said everything looked great! I am healing properly, and still not too much pain. I get random sharp pains, mostly in my left breast, but nothing bad enough to affect my working or day-to-day activities. I take ibuprofen and tylenol before bed, I noticed I wake up halfway through the night and my back hurts and my breasts are more sore than normal. The medicine helps.

You look super great!! I think I woke up on and off at night for the first 3 weeks. And my upper back was killing me because I had to lay on a stack of pillows at an angle. I think I was able to start gradually laying flat after about 2 weeks. Which helped alleviate the back pain. I am 6 wks post op now, and I am able to sleep on my sides, but its still a little weird. And there is no stomach sleeping for me. Uhhh, the sleep whoas. But they are bound to get better!

My bed is made to side sleep, so laying on my back has been hurting me. I slept on my side last night and I felt fine this morning, I just don't know if I'm supposed to be doing that yet! It was nice to sleep through the night though..
