1 year post and 8 days post liposuction
WORTH IT$6,800
It's been a year since my tummy Tuck, and now 8 days since my full abdominal liposuction, not really sure on how I feel at this point, I've spent $7,300 to be flatter, more symmetrical, and have some curves, I never expected perfection, however with quitting smoking, changing everything about my life, spending all that money, taking so much time off life to recover, following Dr orders to a T, and going back in for more lipo and dog ear removal 1 year later, I'm not happy with what I see, I am smaller than my original, however I've not only been watching my weight on the scale, the way my clothes fit, I've been measuring my body as well and the tummy Tuck I only went down 1.5 inch, and absolutely nothing from the lipo. Anyway I will watch it the 3 months they say, but at this point looking through lipo before and after I'm not sure I'll change much more ????

Finally a year has past, I just went in Thursday 3/30/2017 for scar revision and full abdominal liposuction, today Saturday 4/1/2017 I am doing ok, the pain is like severe bruising, maybe like getting tossed down 10 flights of stairs, but I'm able to walk, and mostly care for myself alone, I will be taking weekly pictures and posting for anyone who would like to see. First set of pictures will be Thursday 4/6/2017 1 week post.

I see you still have a tiny bit of bulge above incision at 6 months. I have the same at 2 months, my ps says it should resolve and flatten by 6 months. I basically can't see my incision when standing and looking in mirror. It's hidden under swelling. Would you say you are still swelling or do you think this is your final result?! Btw, looks great!

Thank you! At 2 months, I was so scared I wouldn't be happy with my very costly surgery, the time, money, and pain, I was still big, had a hang over, and even the top of my vagina was very big, I cried alot about going through all that to not be happy, but at 3 months I finally starred to see changes, and now some days I still am not completely happy with my results, and even though I am noticeably smaller and more symmetrical, it's not what I wanted, and my clothes size didn't change, and my weight went down only 5 pounds, I am still swollen, especially right above the incision in the center, and left side more then other spots. I have found out that 9-12 months is the actual reality for final results based off other womans personal experience, not the 6 months our Dr's tell us. Be patient with healing, and don't over work your body, because that only increases the swelling, and makes you look at yourself and wonder why you just did that

Thank you for your encouraging words. I feel exactly like you, why did I do this? It's not what I expected. I had a huge belly before surgery, so it's def an improvement! But the overhang looks like a roll of fat still, even though I keep being told its swelling. Trying to be positive. I also haven't changed in size and only lost 4 llbs, which is so hard to get over considering how fat my belly was before and I'm still the same size?? Lol, doesn't make sense! I am happy I look better in clothes but when I'm checking out my scar and bulge, I get really depressed. Thanks again for taking time to make me feel better!! Hugs!!
