Things are healing pretty well. I have been having to use non stick gauze over my left nipple because the scabs ooze a little after showers when they are soft. When the scabs dried they would stick to my bra so I needed a barrier. I also had a piece of stitch sticking out on bottom of left breast at T intersection that I just trimmed. I’ve started going to the gym and only able to walk on a treadmill at an incline and body weight exercises. I’ve started massaging as well.

Day 10
Swelling has gone down a lot. I only need ibuprofen once a day. There is one small spot on the T intersection under my left breast that I’m keeping an eye on. It hasn’t opened yet, but I’ve read it’s common and will call the doctor if it does open. Hardest thing so far is sleeping in an underwire bra and not doing anything physical even though I feel like I can. I am pleased with how everything is looking so far.

Implant size
Forgot to mention I had SRF-295 places in my left breast and SRX-340 placed in my right breast to gain more symmetry. I don’t think I could’ve chosen a better doctor and staff. I am very pleased with my results so far and it’s only been 9 days. I didn’t think my recovery would be progressing as fast as it’s been. Dr. Freyer called the night of my surgery to check on me. I have had very minimal bruising. My incisions are a little sore on the bottom of my breasts and I am still sore, but that’s to be expected. Today is the first morning I woke up feeling like I didn’t need to take ibuprofen. I would definitely recommend Dr. Freyer to anyone considering a breast lift or augmentation, or both!
