Usually Thermage is used for tightening the skin...
Usually Thermage is used for tightening the skin on the face, however I had a provider recommend it for a problem area under on my gluteal folds where I was holding some stubborn fat, although I am thin. No amount of exercise could smooth the area until we tried Thermage. A must try if you have this problem area! I also think it would work well for the problem area above the knees since that has a similar appearance to what I had beforehand.

Joanie recommend this to me for my problem area (skin under the glutes) since she is very familiar with using Thermage on patients.
