Repeated Capsular Contracture revision

UPDATED FROM rrrtatted

5 week update

rrrtatted
$13,000
5 weeks today. Everything is good and one side is still lower than other but little better. I been wearing sports bra. It doesn't bother me as much because I figured my priority should be that they don't get cc. I had a lot of my own breast tissue so they look natural and move around and bounce a lot which I love.

I had Cc and had strattice inserted. I noticed that one is a little lower than the other. I think it's because the other has a capsule around the implant but the one with strattice does not. More importantly, it's been a while since my surgery and no recurring CC. Yay! Good luck with yours, I'm sure it will be fine!

Yeah I have the same problem. One is lower than the other because there is no capsule where the capsulectomy was done. It bothered me but then I came to realize I rather have them look uneven than have a hard rock one. At 6 weeks. I use to get cc very quick within 2 months. I am still soft this time and hoping it will stay like that

Hello, I have been reading your review but all the pics are gone. Would you be willing to repost them or pm me? I just had a revision 3 days ago ( changing plane to below muscle and addition of strattice) pics would be really helpful as there aren't many reviews with strattice. I'm really sore from the internal stitching and the muscle stretching ( I was above the muscle before and didn't have this pain) I haven't had a look at my breast yet but they seem high and tight and my left seems more swollen. Any advice wild be awesome . Happy Healing GnG

Came up with this idea

Trying to hold one up and push the other down using a sports bra. Let's see if it works.

Just read your review. You been dealing with these emotions for a while. Lol 2 bras. I was actually thinking about starting that in a week or two. Any advice on how to get them to line up at the same level. Btw your after revision look much better than before

Lol did you ask your doctor if this is safe?
January 8, 2016
No but they did tell me to hold the side up with sports bra and massage the other side down. I think I see a difference but not sure if it's permanent or temporary. I ll prbly do it for one more day and then just wear the sports bra regularly for another month
UPDATED FROM rrrtatted

One breast bigger

rrrtatted
It's been 4 weeks and one breast is much bigger and lower than the other. It's almost like it feel all the way to bottom and feels heavy as if there is no support. I had capsulectomy on the bigger side so I figured it was more swelling on that side but now it's been four weeks and it's not getting smaller. For my observation the implant is filling out the bottom and making it bigger while the other side implant is higher and giving it more upper pole. But I want upper pole. I don't want them to drop to bottom because first now they are so uneven and then I feel like my left one is going to sag further as it feels heavier and bigger. Freaking out. Going to call the doctor. Some pics. They look ok when I lay down. Just standing up very different. I spent so much money. Can't have it like this.

Hon, it's only been four weeks..I think the lower one actually looks perfect in shape..the lightly higher one is just that..not smaller..just looks like not sure dropping more slowly. I think if you give it some time, you be astounded how gorgeous they look when the higher one drops. We all have one slow poke side.:-)
January 6, 2016
Omg I am praying they even out. I have strattice put in and I feel like it's holding up the higher one and I like it and I don't think it will drop too much because of strattice . My other issue with the other one is that the whole implant is on the bottom making it look bigger and my worry is I will sag with that much weight in couple of months time. Hoping you are right and thank you

Did you have Alloderm used in the one that is higher? Because I used i've had allderm used 2 times on me.. I noticed that it takes longer for them to drop. I dont think one is bigger than another I just think one is higher than the other.... one deffiantly looks like you have more upperpole fullness.
January 7, 2016
Alloderm on both. That's why I am surprised the left side is not holding up.

Ohhh I see now. Ether way it's a great result. It know this is hard to hear give it a year. Dr pousti stands by his work if you dont like it he can correct it. I know surgery sucks tho =\ I wonder if its your dominate hand thats tighter. Cause sometimes I feel like one of mine is higher than the other also. Ill try to show you a picture.
January 7, 2016
Yes I did talk to the doctor yesterday. He said don't worry if am here but you have to wait 6 months to see how it ends up. It's just hard though thinking of another revision. I like the higher one out of the two but I think the only way to even it is if that one lowers I guess. Praying I don't have to go through another surgery.
