I am planning on doing revision surgery due to capsular contracture. I have had three previous surgeries on left side due to capsule formation. I am trying this one more time with use of strattice and planning on going with dr tom pousti. I see he has a lot of experience so I am keeping my hopes. I am yet very scared for something to go wrong but I just can't deal with the hardness. I have 575 cc silicone and I am thinking that if I am going to go through it I might go higher maybe 700 cc. Any thoughts ? Any experiences with dr pousti? Will add pics later.

Do you know when you'll be getting your revision surgery? I have heard good things about the use of strattice in revisions. Yes, we would love to see pictures. Looking forward to following your journey!

Feel free to post your surgery date in your review so you can have a pre and post op countdown. ;) Violet1234 used strattice successfully...you might enjoy reading some of her review.

Would love to see pics! I booked my breast revision with him for December as well! I started a review as well you can check out. I'm currently 450ccs and thinking about going up to 700cc possibly too

He is really nice. I flew in from bay. Felt really comfortable with Him. I have to be in a bra for three weeks. Will post before and after pics after 3 weeks. I went from 575 cc to 750 and used allograft to give them a better shape. Hoping for the best

I’m excited to hear how this works out for you! I’m researching for my 4th BA. I’ve had CC once which is why I had the third surgery. I currently have 600cc implants but I’m not happy with the appearance and want to go a bit bigger.

Feeling a little better. Still on medications. They help me get some sleep. I had s post off appointment yesterday and everything went well. I had consultation with many doctors back home and didn't feel satisfied but as soon as I met doctor pousti I knew he is the best shot at it. He was super confident without being cocky. I have been struggling with this issue for years and drpousti made me feel at ease. He knows how to deal with complicated issues. He just slaked me what I want to look like and not many more questions and for som reason I trusted him. He is very nice and professional. I went with 750 cc and I have a feeling I will every happy. Also used allograft which most other doctors didn't have much experience with. He even fixed my previous scars from previous surgeries and made my nipple smaller. I have to wear this bra for a month but I can't wait to see how they look and I have a feeling I am going to love them. I am so blessed that I found dr pousti. Traveling to see him was worth it. Will put pics once I get them.

How do they feel now? My wife had a uniboob. And just had to have them replaced with new pockets sutured inside an 95cc smaller

Just read this...and think you got cut off..?
Hope your girl is doing better. A "uniboob" is hard to fix because the surgeon, if he is good..has to restore the tissue to the muscle...and the muscle has to re-adhere to the bone..and have heard that hurts..a LOT..
Hope she is doing okay?
