Di34 ..thanks again for your compliments..sorry to hear about your negative result..i don't know as such about facial fillers as i heard Injection site reactions from the needle puncture of the skin can result in swelling, bruising, redness, pain, itching, and infections..but bruising dissolve within the few days . i have no idea what happened with your face??did you meet with Dr Solomon after that ?Honestly i advise you to meet with him and i am very positive he has cure to resolve your problem and give you more time to listen you.. according to my case ,i didn't want the drastically change in my face or feature ,i want my ethnic look too ... As you know cosmetic surgery is just a science and art.It can't change the natural creation..wide nose is in my gene because of paternal side(ethnic),we can fix the thing but can not completely change it..perfection is in only God's hand and surgeons are also human being some time things can be happen..i don't know what will be happen after months or year with my nose ,i read many cases that new nose come back to their original one ,or may be goes worst after years..but we can't blame on surgeon and their abilities.. Good luck to you ..once again but it's your own personal decision ,just visit to Dr Solomon clinic..He is an expert as well as kind person..

Hi baig . Thank you for your kind words and educating me on injections side effects . Very much appreciated . I don't know what happen to me but I can tell you I'm still suffering with pain swelling redness burning eye pain and ear pain for 11 months . As patient i should have been informed and explained before the treatment was initiated so I can have a CHOICE if I want to proceed with treatment and if I want to consent to this product used . But I wasn't . I didn't want any change in my face as you say "perfection is in gods hands" I was really never bother by my imperfections . Your right . You can't blame the surgeon . According to your review, You have been really given time respect kindness ,information explanation and good care by him and his entire office stuff and even if something was to go wrong with your nose "hope to god never happens " it looks you are well prepared and won't shock you and terrify you . No one I believe is to expect a lot from a surgeon but I do expect "time , respect information explanation and medical care " as I have given my trust my face in his hands so I deserved to be treated just like and many others as believe me I don't deserve to suffer this much this long and not be given medical care and left still to suffer without knowing what happen to me. I am very sorry to hear about your Rhinoplasty result ..I wish your swelling will subside soon..don't be disheartened .. still I have swelling on my nose ,it is not subside completely ..of course it takes or up to year for permanent result ..always hope positive as I said it before but it's better when my splint was removed..my previous nose was very droopy and round....now it came in better due to Dr Solomon Expertise...when your Rhinoplasty has been done??

thanks di3 ..Dr Solomon is very nice person..he explained me everything very well and very cooperated...before go to rhinoplasty, i was mentally prepared the negative effects of Rhinoplasty..Thanks God everything is well set now..

Baig im so happy for you and how Nice of dr Solomon to explain everything to you because when you do any procedure to your face it's frightening if your not informed properly or as you say "negative effects " of anything you do to your face can have devastating consequences and dr should always prepare the patient so the patient can have a choice if you want to proceed with the procedure and can be mentally prepared if anything goes wrong . Your nose looks wonderful . Really nice I'm really happy for you and yes thanks god everything is well enjoy the new nose . Happy for you :)

it's really strange that Persistent swelling /pain in nose 4 years post op rhinoplasty. I have never heard persistent swelling in the nose after rhinoplasty ..why don't you go on Revision?

i mean any thing alternative to subside your swelling ..

Glad you asked. It will cost me at least $12000 to fix this. persistent swelling is the result of a very bad botched nose job, excessive scar tissue, infected tissues and grafts, and nerve damage and in fact is not uncommon at all.... I've been educating myself for 4 years so I know that for a fact. A lot of people complain about this as well. Hope your recovery goes well :)
