Hmm... after one month not much difference. I have more to write, but it will have to wait.

But I dido acknowledge there IS a difference! I am happy that there is one. More to come .

There's a slight difference from the first pic to the second. Your philtrum looks shorter and the top lip has more fullness to it.

2 weeks Stitches out

My GP removed the sutures yesterday. It hurt! I had tears running down my face, and I kept sneezing. She really yanked on the stitches, and I think her scissors were a little blunt. I hope she didn't cause damage that would cause scarring. I told her to be careful, and that I need to avoid scarring, but she said that the sutures were so tight, that she needed to pull them up to cut them. She told me to wash the incision with Povidone iodine antiseptic solution twice per day, and to apply Fusidic Acid, an antibiotic cream twice per day because I seem to be getting a cold. I have written to Dr. Osuch to see if he agrees with that protocol. So far I am doing what my GP says, but I am eager to find out what Dr. Osuch says.

I did the exact same,, I used fucidin ointment ,,it is excellent. I did not use iodine,, just peroxide..10%. For the first few days. I think your Lip and scar looks great !! I can't see super close up,, but the pics you posted look like the healing is very good . I hope you are pleased ..
